The MSM Department serves the Mini Store and Convenience sector working with an Ex Van fleet as well as pre sell. Organized Trade exists as a separate department with Key Account managers responsible for specific accounts across the island. The Food Service division has been strengthened with a new management structure.

Job roles and responsibilities have been established, and key targets and performance indicators have been set for each member of the team. Clearly defined structures and working practices with a shared culture and training program have ensured that ipH looks to the future stronger than ever.
