The company was formed in 1981 to focus on the import and distribution of foodstuffs It started by importing Fresh Meat and quickly expanded to Frozen Meat, Frozen Fish, Frozen Vegetables, Dairy Products, Biscuits and Canned Products. In 1990 the company enriched its product portfolio by adding Pasta, Sauces and Mineral Waters to its product range.

In 1997 the company became the sole distributor of the McDonald’s Chain Of Family Restaurants in Cyprus.

In 2002 ipH ltd launched a new concept in Cyprus : Ice Blended Coffee .
In 2007 ipH re-launched a new improved brand called crush blends including for the first time in Cyprus a genuine light alternative.
