Liaising with Sales and marketing to support forward Promotions based on agreed targets.
Liaising with Logistical Departments to ensure correct forward planning and scheduling.
Each member of the team manages specific accounts within the range. Each account has different lead and shipment times, therefore the correct focus on forward planning based on sales and agreed targets are vital. Working with daily updated MIS, based on a three year sales history has helped the team build an in-depth knowledge of the sales trend of each brand, product range and individual item. Close communication with Sales and Marketing Team ensures that market fluctuations and trends can be spotted early or predicted.
